The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act n° 78-17. You retain at all times the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction, exercisable at support@tradygo.io.

TradyGo, LLC has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) given the nature of its activity (small-scale B2C digital services, no large-scale processing of sensitive data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR).
