Refund policy

⚠️ No refund is possible once payment has been made and the digital content has been delivered (Telegram channel access, TradyBot serial number, MT5 account unlocking).

1. Principle: All sales final

In accordance with the Terms of Service accepted at the time of subscription (Art. 4 of the Terms), all TradyGo sales are final. Amounts paid are definitively retained by TradyGo, LLC, commercial operator under license from TradyGo, LLC.

2. Legal basis (EU / France residents)

This policy is grounded in Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code (and equivalents in Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg) which excludes the 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts providing digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun after the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal.

By ticking the box "I request immediate delivery of the digital service and I expressly waive my 14-day right of withdrawal" at subscription time, you have explicitly waived your withdrawal right. This waiver is irrevocable.

3. Legal basis (US residents)

TradyGo, LLC being incorporated in the State of Delaware (USA), this "all sales final" policy is valid and enforceable against any buyer residing in the United States, in accordance with Delaware law and the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). No federal law imposes a withdrawal period for B2C digital services.

4. Exceptional cases reviewed on a case-by-case basis

At the sole discretion of TradyGo, LLC, and without any obligation of result, the following cases may give rise to a full or partial refund after written investigation:

  1. Double bank charge due to a proven payment processor technical bug — automatic refund of the duplicate charge within 5 to 10 business days.
  2. Total and continuous service unavailability exceeding 14 consecutive days attributable exclusively to TradyGo (excluding scheduled maintenance and excluding third-party outages — Telegram, MetaAPI, payment processor, MT5 broker, cloud infrastructure, user network outage, user PC or VPS outage). Pro-rata refund for the unavailability period.

⚠️ Any refund request not covered by the above cases will be refused. No refund will be granted for: non-use, trading losses, uninstallation, lost serial, PC change, broker outage, Telegram outage, user misconfiguration, or post-purchase regret.

5. Request procedure

For exceptional cases covered by Art. 4 above:

  1. Send an email to support@tradygo.io with subject "Refund request"
  2. Attach: subscription email, payment date, detailed reason, screenshots if applicable
  3. Response time: 5 to 10 business days
  4. If eligible, the refund is processed via PayPal — return to the original card within 5 to 10 business days depending on the bank

6. Cancellation ≠ Refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time in 1 click from your customer portal, but this does not give rise to any refund. Cancellation simply stops future charges; you retain access to the service until the end of the period already paid for. See details in the Terms.

7. Abusive chargebacks

Any abusive payment dispute (chargeback) — that is, not falling within an exceptional case listed in Art. 4 — will result in permanent banning from the service, loss of access to the Telegram channel and TradyBot serial number, and may give rise to debt recovery action and account flagging with the payment processor.
